Let's face it; weddings can be stressful. The most joyful day of your life could be consumed by lost caterers, uncooperative DJs, missing photographers and frustrated family members. A wedding coordinator takes the stress of making sure everyone is in the right place at the right time off the wedding party. We recommend this professional service so you can enjoy your day to the fullest, and not spend it worrying about musicians, ministers, photographers and waitstaff.
Diana McIntyre is a professional wedding coordinator with over 25 years experience in the industry. Diana will be more than happy to help the wedding party coordinate the event in both the planning stage and on the day of the wedding.

Rates
The standard fee for wedding coordination services is $400 for up to 15 hours with the wedding party. If you need extra time or services, there is an additional charge of $50 per hour. Included in the standard fees are:
Introductory and planning meeting at Westover. This meeting will help establish how the facility will be used and an agenda/timeline for action items will be set.
One follow-up meeting as required to view progress on action items and address any additional concerns.
Wedding rehearsal at the winery, generally the day before the wedding.
Management of activities on the day of the wedding. Your wedding coordinator makes sure everything happens as planned. She will make sure the caterers, music, minister, photographer and winery staff are ready to perform their individual tasks on time.
