Tasting Room

We invite you to join us in our rustic styled tasting room nestled in Palomares Canyon. Enjoy a game of pool while you sip port and enjoy the casual atmosphere of friendly staff and working vineyard. Visit our barrel room and see how some of our fantastic wines make it onto our extensive tasting list. Our tasting room offers you the opportunity to taste a wide variety of wines and the opportunity to meet the winemakers themselves. The knowledgeable and friendly staff can lead you through our regular tasting flights and help you navigate our vast menu of ports and dessert wines.
As always our COW members and up to three guests can taste our regular flight for free. COW members also get unlimited tasting of dessert wines and ports. Our honored guests and visitors may taste our standard flight for $5.00 per person (includes one dessert wine and one port) or may indulge in an all-port flight which includes any combination of five dessert wines/ports for $5.00 per person. Tasting fees are waived with any wine purchase.

Wines By the Glass
We now offer wines, champagnes and ports from our extensive tasting list by the glass. Unfortunately, we cannot offer library wines, but our tasting menu of over 6 wines and 20 ports can accommodate just about everyone.
